How long does it take for my order to ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For pre-order items, please refer to the estimated shipping date listed on the product page.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our records and merchandise worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy for vinyl records?
We accept returns on unopened and defective items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that minor cosmetic wear to the outer jacket is not considered a defect.
How do you ensure records aren't damaged during transit?
We use heavy-duty, reinforced mailers specifically designed for vinyl to prevent corner dings and seam splits during the shipping process.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to combine it with other orders due to our automated fulfillment process.
What should I do if my record arrived warped?
If you believe your record has a playback-impacting warp, please contact our support team with a short video of the issue so we can arrange a replacement.
