Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

  Provide Documentation

  For damaged or defective vinyl, please attach clear photos or a short video demonstrating the playback issue or physical damage.

  Ship the Item Back

  Once approved, securely pack the item in its original mailer and use the provided return shipping label to send it back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing and Resolution

  After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement copy.
